Best before breakfast
- Boil water in a kettle or pot.
- Pour the hot water into a cup.
- Add one moringa cinnamon turmeric tea bag into the cup.
- Let the tea steep for 3-5 minutes.
- Remove the tea bag from the cup or leave in for strong steeping
- Drink the tea warm.
Drink 1-2 times per day. Breakfast and Lunch.

1 cup of water
1 bag tea of Moringa Cinnamon Turmeric
¼ cup of agave (optional)
Ice
Lemon (optional)
Directions:
Step 1
Bring the water to a boil in a pot
Step 2
Remove the pot from the heat and add the tea bags.
Step 3
Let the tea steep for 5 minutes.
Step 4
Remove the tea bags and add agave to taste.
Step 5
Pour the tea into a pitcher and refrigerate.
Step 6
Serve over ice cubes and garnish with lemon slices, if desired.
