The Lemongrass blend is also known as Fevergrass in Jamaica. Lemongrass helps to calm the nerves and soursop help with sleep. The soursop and lemongrass is a blend that has a lemon smell and refreshing flavor when you drink it with ice.

  • For sleep and relaxation

    Sleep:

    • Bring your kettle or pot to a boil 
    • Pour hot water into tea cup
    • Add 1 or 2(if you need it stronger) bags of soursop lemongrass tea leaf 
    •  Let the tea steep for 5-7 minutes.
    • Drink the tea warm, 30 minutes before bedtime.

    Note: You may add honey or sugar to sweeten the tea if desired. However, it is recommended to consume the tea without any sweeteners for maximum benefits. It is important to check with a healthcare professional before consuming soursop tea if you have any underlying medical conditions or are taking any medications that may interact with the tea.

    Relaxation:

    Ingredients:

    • 1 soursop tea bag
    • 1 cup of hot water

    Directions:

    • Boil water in a kettle or pot.
    • Pour the hot water into a cup.
    • Add one soursop tea bag into the cup.
    • Let the tea steep for 3-5 minutes.
    • Remove the tea bag from the cup.
    • Drink the tea warm.

    Note: You may add honey or lemon to enhance the taste of the tea.   • Lemongrass Delight

    This refreshing iced tea is a delicious and healthy way to cool down on a hot day. The soursop gives it a sweet and tart flavor, while the lemongrass adds a touch of citrusy brightness. It's the perfect drink to enjoy on a lazy afternoon or to take with you to a picnic.

     

    Ingredients

    1 cups of water

    1 bag ELT Soursop Lemongrass tea

    ¼ cup Agave(optional)

    Ice

    Lemon (optional)

    Directions

    Step 1

    Bring the water to a boil in a pot

    Step 2

    Add ELT Soursop lemongrass tea bag to the boiling water.

    Step 3

    Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 5 minutes.

    Step 4

    Remove the pot from the heat and let the tea cool slightly.

    Step 5

    Add agave to taste.

    Step 6

    Pour the tea over ice cubes.

    Step 7

    Garnish with lemon slices, if desired.
