SHIPPING POLICY

In general, if the fruit box/product you order is in season we ask that you allow 1-2 weeks for your order to ship, as our harvests vary greatly from week to week and we do fulfill all orders on a first come first serve basis.

The shipping method you choose at checkout accounts for the time in transit after your box leaves our facility.

You will receive an email with tracking information,
 as soon as your order ships out.

If your package was damaged by the Postal Service, or somehow delayed, we will deal with that problem on an individual basis. We DO NOT Guarantee that we will be able to reimburse or refund you, but we will do our best to remedy the situation.

If any of your packages arrived late or damaged, you must take pictures of the product IMMEDIATELY and send it to support@endlesslifeteas.com the same day you receive your box. From there we can evaluate the damages and work towards a solution. Ideally we will reimburse or partially reimburse the order for store credit or issue a partial refund, BUT Reimbursement is not guaranteed and reimbursement is given under our (Endless Life Products LLC's) discretion.

If there is a ripening or product issue please send us photos via email immediately upon recognizing this, so we can best assist you further. Ideally we will reimburse or partially reimburse the order for store credit or issue a partial refund, BUT Reimbursement is not guaranteed and reimbursement is given under our (Endless Life Products LLC's) discretion.

If there is a weight discrepancy with your order, please send us photos of all of your fruit on a produce scale the same day your order is delivered. Ideally we will reimburse or partially reimburse the order for store credit or issue a partial refund, BUT Reimbursement is not guaranteed and reimbursement is given under our (Endless Life Products LLC's) discretion.
