Herbal teas are teas made from different leaves and spices. Their uses were mainly for medicinal purposes; ginger for digestion, chamomile to help with sleep, peppermint for its cooling and refreshing effect. At Endlesslifeteas we're excited to add to these traditional herbal teas by bringing spices and leaves used in the caribbean. Our main leaves; Moringa and Soursop are leaves that are filled with nutritional benefits.

1.Moringa

Moringa is a plant known for its ability to purify water in underdeveloped countries. It's loaded with antioxidants, vitamin c, a and b. It's also known as a superfood because of its infinite nutrients. Along with purification, Moringa is a natural caffeine-free energy booster, the properties in these leaves promote weight loss due to its high fiber content, ability to reduce cravings and antioxidants.




2. Soursop

Soursop is a plant native to regions in South America and the Caribbean. Its gained rececnt popularity due to its 'potential' cancer fighting properties. Soursop reduces inflammation and help fight infections. The leaves are great for tea it also produces a fruit; sweet and juicy in taste. Soursop has many benefits which include vitamins C, B and minerals; calcium, phospurus and iron.


3. Lemongrass

Lemongrass is a plant known to relieve anxiety from its soothing aroma, lower cholesterol, its antibacterial and antifungal. Grown in Africa, Australia, North and South America. Lemongrass is traditionally used as a pain reliever and removing toxic waste. The aroma of lemongrass is calming and refreshing, a great iced tea drink for the summer time. Another benefit is oral health due to its ability to inhibit bacterial growth. Lemongrass is popular in

the West Indies and currently one of the only places it grows that is suitable for cooking.



4. Hibiscus

Hibiscus is a tropical plant with beautiful red flowers that are brewed as a tea to release its medicial properties. Benefits of drinking hibiscus tea include, antioxidants, heart health, vitamin c, aids in weight management and natural antidepressant. Hibiscus has been used in Jamaica for a drink named Sorrel it has a sweet and tart flavor similar to cranberry.


5. Mint

Mint is a popular leaf known for its ability to freshen breath. In addition to oral care did you know it can improve energy, relieve clogged sinuses and release tension headaches and migraines? In my opinion mint is an underated leaf that can benefit your health. We see it so often in gum and "mints" but consuming as a tea on a daily basis can positivly effect your health.
